I started assisting the Compnay in 2018 as their on site HR Consultant.We started with the basic foundations getting contracts and handbooks issued, robust recruitment policies and procedures in place and GDPR compliant. We moved on to Performance Management with regular well recorded review meetings, clear objectives and accurate training records. Good communication and performance recognition with career opportunities has been a clear winner for this growing business with positve feedback from all of the team.
