It's Mental Health Awareness Week this week, and the theme for this year is 'Take Action'.
This year's theme recognises that while awareness is important, meaningful change happens when people take practical steps to support mental wellbeing.
Our mental health is shaped by daily life. It is linked to where we live, where we work, and how we connect with others.
For those working within the NHS and the wider healthcare profession, it's important to remember to take simple steps to protect and improve your wellbeing, as well as checking in with the people around you.
Small actions matter, and while they may seem simple, over time, they can help you, and others around you, feel more in control and more positive.
