We are proud to announce that our science-based carbon targets have now been approved by the Science Based Targets initiative, making us the first global executive search firm to have received accreditation for these targets, which encompass significant emission reductions in line with the Paris Agreement to limit global warming to 1.5 degrees Celsius.

Plans are now underway to reduce our carbon footprint and reach these critical targets, which include 50% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions, 28% reduction in Scope 3 by 2030, and to reach net zero by 2050.

These targets not only display our commitment to being an industry leader in sustainability, they also support our search delivery work within sustainable businesses and roles. “We have supported our clients’ sustainability plans for many years and are deeply mindful of the positive impact our work can bring and the responsibility that comes with this” Kester Scrope, Odgers Berndtson CEO.
