The role of an Associate Recruitment Consultant involves:
• Candidate attraction - headhunting and networking with high-calibre Professionals.
• Building rapport with candidates and expanding your professional network
• Attending client meetings and briefings
• Managing the candidate interview process from start to finish
• Utilising negotiation skills to close deals
• Attending industry and networking events to keep abreast of market developments
• Lead generation and identifying new business development opportunities
