Jessica was used to running on Square, and because of this, Nishiki all came together in a fraction of the time Yamato did.

The handhelds send orders straight through to the kitchen, so more time goes on the plates and on chatting to customers, old and new. Jessica wants Nishiki to be a place people are happy to work in as much as eat in - and by the sound of it, she’s got it.🍜
