Salary: £75000 - £78000 per annum + Car Allowance, Pension, Healthcare

Our client is a national developer/contractor undertaking major new build residential & mixed-use schemes across the country.



They predominantly build houses and their apartment blocks are usually no more than 7 or 8 stories high. Developments are typically traditional brick & block build but they're starting to introduce Timber Frame into their regions (approx 6 sites).



The need now exists for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team out of their offices in Sevenoaks, Kent.



The role will report into the Managing Surveyor with a Quantity Surveyor & Assistant QS as direct reports. Our client is seeking applications from candidates with experience of major residential new build (flatted) developments.



In return our client offers a generous basic salary, full package and bonus system.
