I am looking to take on a new team member to join my exciting up and coming event yard ahead of the 2027 season. I currently have in a lovely string of eventers ranging from 3yo-5*. Occasional sole charge would be needed, but the role would mostly involve working alongside myself and my Head room.

This role would suit someone with a horse that would like help and support in furthering their career in horses and to learn about producing and managing elite horses. There is a possibility for the right person to develop into a ‘home rider’ position involving schooling the horses at home. The ideal candidate would also have an interest in backing/breaking young stock.

⭐️ Ideally able to produce high levels of turnout, but this is not essential and happy to train if desired

Our impressive Equestrian Centre features spacious indoor and outdoor arenas and stabling for up to 40 horses. As part of our dedicated grooming team, you will take responsibility for the care and wellbeing of your allocated horses while supporting the day-to-day running of the yard, including riding and exercising horses.

I am looking for a motivated and hard working freelance individual to assist our friendly team. We have a full yard of competition horses ranging from 3 year olds up to Grand Prix. The tasks would include tacking up/washing off as well as general yard duties to a very high standard, and will occasionally involve care of our youngstock, broodmares and foals. Opportunity for riding for the right person and definitely the opportunity to develop into a head person/ fully employed role for the right match and if desired. I can’t offer accommodation at the moment but own horse and training welcome. Your horse would be treated as one of the team.

We are an international dressage yard in Herefordshire competing and breeding top quality competition horses. This is a horse farm and nature-based tourism destination in Șinca Nouă, at the foot of the Făgăraș Mountains. We welcome guests for riding holidays, trail rides, nature experiences, family stays and group programmes, while working to develop tourism that is closely connected to the landscape, local communities and nature conservation.

We are looking for two people who would like to take on the management of Equus Silvania together as a couple: a Guesthouse Manager responsible for the overall operation and guest experience, and a Horse Farm Manager responsible for the horses and equestrian operation.

The two roles are complementary and require close day-to-day cooperation. You will each have your own areas of responsibility, while working together to ensure that Equus runs smoothly and offers a high-quality experience to both guests and staff. We also accept individual applications.

The Horse Farm Manager is responsible for the horses, equestrian team and equestrian activities at the centre. This is a hands-on role combining horse care, team leadership, guest interaction and the development of equestrian experiences.

The Guesthouse Manager is responsible for the overall day-to-day operation of the guesthouse and acts as the main on-site contact for guests, staff and the wider Travel Carpathia team.

If you choose to join the team with your partner (Guesthouse Manager position available) you will have your own newly renovated apartment in an annex next to the guesthouse, allowing you to live directly on site and become part of our community.

Food is provided as part of the position. Meals are prepared and served at the guesthouse, together with those offered to our guests.
