We’ve been meaning to sit down and share this properly… so here it is — and it’s a special one.

Last week, the Intro Construction Recruitment team attended the Grafters Super Group’s Construction Awards 2025, and we’re incredibly proud to say we took home an award in the Best Construction Recruitment Agency category. 🏆

It was an unbelievable night and a huge moment for us as a team. To be recognised alongside so many leaders in the industry is something we don’t take lightly. It’s a fantastic achievement for everyone here at Intro — and for all the clients, candidates, and supporters who put their trust in us every single day.

We promise we’ll share more from the evening (and yes, we’re still working on that full team photo!) — but for now, we just wanted to say thank you. Moments like this remind us why we love what we do and why we’ll keep pushing to raise the bar in recruitment, one placement at a time.

We’ve been meaning to update you all for a little while now – so here it is…

We are Intro Construction: a specialist recruitment partner placing top-tier talent with industry-leading businesses across the UK. And over the past few years, we’ve been quietly growing, refining our approach, and delivering results we’re incredibly proud of.

From niche, senior-level hires to high-volume recruitment projects, we work across a wide range of sectors – and whether it’s one pivotal placement or building out an entire team, if it matters to you, it matters to us.

Position: North & South of Ireland Mobile Electrician

Willing to travel essential for this position, Company van, Tools, Accommodation and Travel all paid for.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING?
* Installing and maintaining equipment throughout the estate, meaning regular travel across North & South.
* Installation of electrical equipment, cabling and signage.
* Reacting to faults, camera downtimes and finding resolutions to keep equipment online.
* Servicing equipment (kiosks, cameras, tablets etc).
* Drive client satisfaction in our equipment and reaction times.
* Self manage times – workload throughout the week.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
* 2+ year in electrical installations / electrical works
* Dynamic personality able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences
* Confident communication (written and oral) skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal/external stakeholders.
* Ability to prioritise multiple responsibilities, balancing client deliverables on multiple projects as well as internal obligations.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and remain motivated
* Can work alone and carry out general repairs, with a general understanding on BS7671 regulations or equivalent.
* Carry out test and inspection works on new installations.
* Must have 18th edition or equivelent.

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar environment is valued but not required (FMCG/Retail/Warehouse/Last mile delivery is a big plus)

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills and a good proficiency in both written and spoken English
The right to work in the UK
