Dear members,
I am vedant Gupta your outgoing president of the society. As you know, my term as President of the society has ended and I hope that during my term I have been able to make a positive impact on both the current and future of the society. Thank you for the opportunity to lead and for your patience as I grew in my position. This is definitely one experience I will never forget!
My journey in leading the society wasn’t done alone. A team of dynamic individuals accompanied me, both elected and not, who shared in our successes and learned from our failures.
So, I would like to take this opportunity to thank people for their hard work and dedication, and without whom running the society wouldn't have been possible. In particular, I'd like to thank all the members of the Committee for their dedication in serving with me.
But most importantly, my thanks go out to you, the Members, for all your support during this year of change. For without you, the society would not exist. It has been my pleasure to serve you.
In closing, I do have one final request. I ask that each of you pledge your continued support to the society and help our coming leaders continue our journey to deliver the success of the society deserves.
As you know, we can do this. But only Together.

You don’t need to be studying maths or economics to join Lloyds Banking Group - internship and graduate programmes are open to any degree background - and so is this event. Diversity of thinking is more important to us than the subject you specialised in. Because we can teach the technical skills.

Starting at 6 pm, you will get to see inside of their London offices and meet employees from across the company. Once you have registered your details, you will be invited to our online chat where you can log in at 12.30 on Thursday from your laptop, phone or tablet to see the chat taking place and ask recruiters questions!
