We are celebrating yet another 10-year NonStop anniversary, that of Annelies De Baere, one of our Associate Directors and leader of our Benelux team.

Over the last decade, Annelies has worked tirelessly to develop relationships with key clients in the Benelux life sciences sector, placing over 220 people into new roles with those clients while also helping those people develop their careers.

She has progressed from trainee recruiter to leading a whole division of recruiters focused on the Benelux region and has big plans for her team for next year, opening new roles for ambitious people to follow in her footsteps.

This month we celebrate yet another 10-year NonStop anniversary, that of Martin Nesicky, one of our Senior IT Support Specialists!

Over the last decade, Martin has displayed exceptional commitment, professionalism, and dedication to his role in keeping us all online and therefore able to keep supporting our clients.

Trying to quantify Martin's efforts is not that easy but we've estimated he's solved over 15,000 individual issues.... even if many of those were telling us to turn it off and on again!

Yesterday some of our Prague-based team took part in a corporate relay, competing against over 70 other company teams, in the 6th annual Olga Havel Foundation Goodwill Run.

The Foundation is one of our Czech-based charity partners, working to help support people in need with the view that everyone, regardless of background or situation, deserves to live life with dignity.

Congratulations to Tomas Jinoch on his 10-year NonStop anniversary!

Tomas joined us in a market research role, helping our recruiters identify opportunities and talent in their respective niches. He's since worked in a data analyst role, and now as an IT project coordinator, helping our IT development team create some cutting-edge technology.

As his manager recently said, we now look forward to celebrating another 10 years of your contributions, Tomas!

Rico, a business unit manager in our London office, works primarily in the UK social care sector and has helped more than 270 people find new roles in this industry! At the same time, he's managed and developed over 27 colleagues.

Meet Adam, the powerhouse behind 53 placements in just 18 months, helping shape the social care offering in the East Midlands. 🔥

As a social care recruiter, Adam serves as the vital connection point between local authorities, and dedicated social workers. These professionals, driven by their expertise and compassion, provide essential assistance to vulnerable children, young adults, and individuals within their communities.

Adam is also a team leader here at NonStop, a position he achieved after just 18 months in the company! His rapid rise to a managerial role is a testament to his tireless dedication to a great cause, and of course the dedication of his managers who believed in his potential.

Before/After is back! 🔥

🥇 In our first example of the year, Pierre started from scratch and, in just three years, established an entirely new division, reached to the role of Business Unit Manager.

"Before NonStop, I was an entrepreneur. My skills were mainly commercial, I'd never seen the inner workings of a company.
Having just completed a work-study program, I didn't have the opportunity to build my career quickly.
As COVID had just ended, companies were hesitant to take on juniors.
NonStop offered me the opportunity to train and become a sales consultant in the recruitment field. 3 years ago I was able to open the medical market in France.

Today I became BUM (Business Unit Manager), managing a team of 13 people of all different seniorities. My team and I have opened different markets and specialities: Geriatrics / Radiology / E-medicine...
To date, I have had the opportunity to develop many skills:
Leadership / Performance management / Customer relationship management / Budget management / Sales strategy / Conflict management...
These skills also support me in my day-to-day work in a variety of situations.
I feel I've grown in my learning and gained in maturity. "
