The Senior Client Advisor (and leader of the Dallas office) role contributes to the Group by establishing new direct client and business-to-business relationships and by strengthening and leveraging existing ones in the Dallas area and potentially neighbouring areas.

Proficient in the entire portfolio of residence and citizenship programs offered by the Group, as well as conversant in related areas such as real estate, the Senior Client Advisor is responsible for increasing the number of new residency and citizenship applications submitted by the Group by understanding the requirements of all key stakeholders and identifying the most desirable solutions.

Key responsibilities:

* Promote the services and solutions offered by the Group
* Research, prepare, and execute high-impact meetings with potential introducers, intermediary partners, and client prospects
* Actively grow the existing contact database to identify new value creation opportunities
* Develop new business leads with maximized conversion rates
* Provide client prospects with expert advice on residence and citizenship by investment solutions to ensure that their objectives are met
* Qualify prospects and undertake initial due diligence checks to assess suitability and mitigate exposure to operational risks
* Collaborate with Relationship Managers to provide a world-class client experience throughout the entire sales journey
* Meet and exceed the assigned jurisdictional annual sales targets
* Maintain a high level of relevant industry and program knowledge to engage meaningful conversations with prospects
* Keep detailed notes on prospect and client interactions, with full and effective use of the firm's CRM system
* Represent the firm at industry events and conferences worldwide

Essential skills:

* Experience in client-facing investment, insurance, private banking, wealth management, legal/professional services or sales
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to engage with and present to industry stakeholders, with the ability to create and prepare proposals
* Collaborative approach to build enduring relationships and influence in a positive manner
* Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, always including exercising tact and diplomacy
* Strong research and strategic analysis skills and a high competency in the Microsoft Office suite; experience in CRM is ideal
* Ability to collect data required to prepare an accurate analysis of the client and offer the most suitable solutions
* Ability to be a positive representative of Group and its brand in the marketplace and at industry events and conferences

Desirable skills:

* Undergraduate degree in business, economics, finance, banking, real estate, law, marketing, or other related disciplines; a master's or an advanced degree will be considered an advantage
* Five years of experience in client-facing investment, insurance, private banking, wealth management, legal/professional services or sales
* Knowledge and some experience in the investment migration industry (residence and citizenship by investment)
* Strong networks that allow for business development
* Knowledge of the local culture and local experience will be considered advantages

An independent, dynamic, and entrepreneurial group providing bespoke fiduciary and family office services to worldwide is looking to hire a compliance officer to work under the supervision and guidance of the BVI Managing Director and the Head of Compliance.

The Compliance Officer will report to the BVI managing director while also receiving instruction and guidance from the head of compliance.
Key Responsibilities will include maintaining and updating the compliance manual on an annual basis. Maintain and update policies and procedures to ensure compliance with any regulatory amendments in the British Virgin Islands including all relevant regulatory logs. Prepare and submit all relevant statutory and statistical returns to the BVI Financial Services Commission (e.g. annual compliance officer report, annual statistical prudential returns, etc.). Perform periodic reviews of customers due diligence such as annual high-risk reviews and conducting risk analysis. Approve new business and conduct compliance reviews of new business including FATCA and CRS classifications. Attend monthly compliance committee meetings. Prepare compliance reports for the Board and attend quarterly Board meetings. Preparation and delivery of annual AMLTFPF training. Ensure timely regulatory filings including Economic Substance, Annual Returns, Beneficial Owner Register and the Register of Members etc. Act as MLRO and prepare reports of suspicious business activities or transactions to the relevant authorities.
The successful applicant will have a legal or accounting professional qualification with a minimum of 5 years experience in the legal or compliance field (a recognised compliance qualification, such as ICA or ACAMS is preferred). Strong working knowledge of corporate law, the AML and regulatory framework, CRS and FATCA legislation, GDPR, and other relevant legislation for the BVI. Solid experience in dealing with regulatory bodies in the BVI.
