"I'm happy to be directly in Q2, and overall it was a positive first day here at Phillip Island. I struggled a little at some points, but the pace was still quite competitive, and we managed to improve throughout the day.
My lap time was around a second faster than in the morning, and I think that is a good step forward. The long-run pace was also not too bad, although there are still some areas where we need to improve. We will look at the data and try to understand where we can gain more time.
Now we need to see what the weather brings tomorrow. If it rains, we will have to adapt, but the important thing is to keep working well with the team and maintain our progress. I'm happy with today, and I want to take another step forward in qualifying and give my best".

"Indonesia was a positive step for me because we managed to score points after a very intense race. Of course, there were moments when I think we could have done better, but finishing the race and taking those points was important. I feel that I'm continuing to learn and improve in Moto2, and I want to carry that feeling into this weekend.
Phillip Island is a circuit I know, and I really enjoy its fast and flowing layout. It is quite different from some of the other tracks on the calendar, and the weather can change quickly, so we need to adapt and find a good feeling with the bike from the beginning. The conditions will be a challenge, but I want to approach the weekend positively and focus on what we can improve.
This is the last Grand Prix at Phillip Island, which makes it a special weekend for everyone. I want to enjoy the circuit, work hard with the team and keep building my confidence. Our target is to be competitive from Friday, improve in every session and fight for another strong result in the race. We are making progress, and I want to keep moving forward".

“We finished the season with a top-five result, and I’m reasonably happy and satisfied. This morning, I finished fourth in the Superpole Race, while this afternoon’s race was a hard-fought one, with battles against several riders. At the beginning, I was fighting with Bassani, with some moves that I felt were a little over the top. Then I managed to close the gap to Alex Lowes before battling with Baldassarri as well. In the end, we brought home a good top-five finish. We also used this weekend as a test with 2027 in mind, working both on my riding and on different set-up solutions. It was an important opportunity to gather information and continue improving ahead of next season. Overall, I’m satisfied, and I want to thank the entire team for the work they have done. It has been an important year for all of us, full of experience and lessons learned. Now we’ll enjoy a week of rest before getting back to work and starting preparations for 2027.”

“Today went reasonably well. In the Superpole Race, everyone gives 100% and pushes right to the end. We made a good start, and I managed to overtake several riders in the opening laps, then stayed close to fourth and fifth place. I wasn’t able to catch them, but the pace was good, and I was much faster than yesterday. Starting from the second row in Race 2, I made another good start and overtook several riders straight away, moving up to third place. In the opening laps, we improved our pace and feeling with the bike even further, although I wasn’t able to stay close to Bulega and Lecuona. In any case, I was riding well, felt comfortable on the bike, and knew that the gap to Sam Lowes was increasing. Then it started raining in some parts of the track. We had no reference from the riders ahead, and Sam Lowes may have been able to use me as a reference to assess the track conditions. As the tyre temperature dropped, partly because I could no longer push as hard as before, I started losing feeling and grip. I nearly crashed a couple of times, but my goal was to finish the race. I’m happy because, as long as the conditions remained normal, I felt really good on the bike. I’m also very proud of the weekend we had, especially after such a difficult season, during which results were hard to come by and I also had to deal with an injury. It isn’t easy to keep your motivation high, find the strength to bounce back and continue pushing until the very end, but I think we should be proud of what we have shown. It was a very emotional weekend. I felt the support of everyone I met, and that made it even more special.”

“It wasn’t the end to the season we had all hoped for, but we have to accept it and move forward. It’s been a challenging rookie season for me, but I believe I’ve learned a lot throughout the year, and we’ve worked hard together with the whole team every day. I’d like to thank everyone for their commitment and hard work, as we always gave our best. Now, we’re already looking ahead to what comes next. We’re all eager to come back stronger, and we’ll soon be back on track to start preparing for the 2027 season in the best possible way.”

“All in all, a positive weekend, though we knew the Jerez round would be complicated because it’s not a track I like very much. After difficulties on Friday, we were able to improve on Saturday and find better feeling with the bike again. This morning we made a change buti t didn’t work out as we’d hoped and so we returned to our previous setup. We knew it would be a difficult race, especially in terms of the front tyre wear, but despite that I was able to maintain a good pace and make up several positions, climbing as high as fourth. Unfortunately, another rider collided with me, which saw me lose six positions. The race was then shortened and so I couldn’t regain the lost ground as I’d hoped to. It’s a shame to finish tenth, because I felt I could have done more. But we round out the season with good sensations. We have a very strong package and recent results leave us highly motivated ahead of next year. A big thank you to the whole team for their hard work this season, and to all the sponsors for their support”
