Annnnnnd breathe! 😮‍💨 Year two (of 6) completed towards obtaining my degree in Psychology. 🧠🎓

This year's study was tough! 😰

Juggling my responsibilities across the business, education and towards keeping myself sane has been a constant switch of hats that's felt pretty dizzying at times. 🤹🏼

Anyone close to Oxley & Partners will know that the last 6 months has been a period of growth and transition, ripping up the way in which we work with clients and re-defining what a client of Oxley & Partners will look like going forward. ✍🏻👁️

The added metric of effectively redesigning Oxley & Partners as well as continuing to offering our high touch service to our existing client base has kept us busy, but grounded.🌟

On top of that there's also the plans with Partners of Oxley to build an ecosystem for Relationship Managers across Wealth Management, Private Banking, Accountancy, Legal & Finance! 🤩 But more on this in due course... Clair Napierski... did i miss anything? 🤔

But there's still lots more to do and we're so motivated to keep on developing! 🛠️

We might be small, but we pack a punch! 🥊

Well, this is awkward! 👀

In my last post I talked about the echo chamber effect and how it is possible to be pulled into a sn*******ng narrative without providing yourself with clear facts and examples for why you think the way you do. 🫤

We all have different views on different topics which is one of the best things about you being you, but I do find it interesting how common it is becoming to base a point of view on a moral high ground over any form of evidence. 🤯

So whose views are being manipulated... 🤔

Those promoting freedom of speech, or those censoring freedom of speech....? And who benefits? 🤷🏼‍♂️
