✨First Thursday ✨
We mixed things up here at LSG this month and did first Thursday on the last Thursday of the month but we had a lot to celebrate so it felt right!
Over July and August we welcomed new faces to London HQ who were expertly trained by Charles and Cinzia and we wanted to recognise the work they all put into training and the win's they'd had so far👏🏼 So a big well done and thank you to Aaron, Jack, Abbie, Jess, Haseeb and Tom for all your hard work so far, excited to see how your careers develop📈
As normal we also celebrated promotions, consultant of the month and our MVP!
🚀 Big congratulations to Madison who got her Senior promotion this month and took the step to start mentoring some of our new associates. As well as Callum whose got his consultant promotion!
⭐️ Alongside his promotion Callum also won Consultant of the Month, I think it's safe to say Callum didn't have the smoothest start to his recruitment career but through his hard work and dedication has absolutely smashed it
🎓 Our MVP this month was Charles, alongside heading up the training here in London HQ Charles is the office hype man, the energy he brings to the sales floor is unmatched and alongside the training the support he gives our consultants is unmatched
There was defiantly a lot to celebrate last night and we had a great to time at the Oyster Shed fantastically organised by our Queen of operations Ope👑
