Today marks a defining moment in H&P Executive Search's journey.

We're proud to announce the opening of our first permanent US office in Miami!

What began as a City-based executive search firm has grown into an international business supporting leading law firms across the UK, Europe, and the United States. Today, the US represents a huge driver for our business, making a permanent presence on the ground the natural next step.

This isn't simply about opening an office. It's about investing in our clients, strengthening our presence in one of the world's most dynamic legal markets, and building the foundations for the next stage of our international growth.

The Miami office will be led by our Founder & CEO, Jack Hayes, alongside Equity Partner Jo-dee Pearce, as we continue to expand our US team and support law firms with senior legal appointments across the country.

Our CEO and Founder, Jack Hayes, recently contributed to The AI Journal, sharing his perspective on one of the biggest questions facing the recruitment industry:

If every firm had access to the same AI tools, where does competitive advantage come from?

His view is simple: Technology is becoming increasingly accessible, but AI is only as valuable as the data, processes, and proprietary knowledge behind it.

The firms that invest in those foundations will create far more value than those simply adopting the latest tools.

At the same time, executive search firmly remains a people business; judgement, trust, and relationships cannot be automated.
