The Role
As we progress through our second year of trading at Script & Dot, we’re excited to be hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join our team to help us to further develop the business. It’s an exciting opportunity! We’re looking for an experienced salesperson with the ability to get to grips with a new, techincal market and build relationships quickly. To be considered, you’ll need strong previous new business sales experience and will be ready to get on the phone! Prior recruitment experience is desirable but not essential. As well as being a great at selling, you will be:
•Strategic and able to identify and progress new business opportunities
•Brilliant at building new relationships
•Committed, determined, and driven
•Customer centric with a passionate for delivering a great service
•Comfortable managing your own workload and working on their own.
What We Offer
As one of the first Recruiters to join our expanding team, this is an amazing opportunity to reap the rewards of joining a company in its infancy. We’ve got BIG plans and this role will be fundamental in shaping the business and developing our strategy. We believe in hard work, creativity and rewarding success.
We offer a competitive base salary of around £26,000 and a strong, uncapped commission plan. Our office is based in Newbury town centre and is a 2-minute walk from Newbury train station. We’re also happy to accommodate regular time working from home.
