The Royal Academy of Culinary Arts (RACA) Adopt a School programme is a UK charity, founded in 1990, that pairs professional chefs with local schools to teach children about food, cooking, health and nutrition. Through engaging sessions – from bread making to sensory learning – pupils receive high-quality food education without the need for school kitchen facilities.

We’ve been proud supporters of this initiative since 2018 and are delighted to be backing it once again tomorrow. Investing in the next generation is investing in the future of our industry, and empowering young people with world-class training, confidence and opportunity is at the heart of what we do.
