I am working with an exciting company that are democratizing Data Science and Artificial Intelligence and making powerful insights available to anyone, with any data source.
Their proprietary technology platform has been used in Insurance, Capital Markets, Retail and Health to great effect. We are a true believer in work / life balance, the work is challenging (we are still in growth mode) but fun and we make sure we reward everyone

This will be the first stand alone BA role in the business as it grows. You will be working directly with the CTO, an alumni of Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley with extensive experience of leading BA and Tech teams.
You can expect to be trained and mentored by him and see all aspects of the business

Some of the key aspects of the role will include:

- Working across the business to understand and clarify requirements
- Interface between IT, Commercial and Data teams to translate requests
- Conduct analysis on current business processes and systems
- Document business processes and recommend improvements where necessary

You will be expected to have a relevant degree (Business, IT or STEM focussed) and ideally some commercial experience, although this could be suited as a first job.
You will need to be a self-starter and be able to work independently, with strong communication skills as you will be working across all levels of the business
Currently we are fully remote with a Central London office, however flexible to work however suits you!
We offer competitive salary, 28 days holiday (plus 2 at Christmas and Bank Holidays) and great opportunity to develop and progress
