Our client is looking for a management couple for a newly taken on pub with 8 letting rooms in Taunton. Needs to be a FOH Manager & Chef couple, both need to be strong in their departments and be able to build the business.

There will be accommodation available consisting of a self contained management flat.

Salary is up for negotiation but they are offering £60pa, free accommodation, tips and performance based bonuses.

Chef de partie, pub in Dronefield. Part time, 3 or 4 days a week, everything made fresh and good opportunity to learn, would consider a strong Commis, £12-£13ph. Needs to be somone local as there is no accomodation

2x Line cooks and 1x Head Chef/Strong Sous Chef. for a pub in hertford, No accomodation so would have to be local or within a commutable distance. Paying Line Chefs £25,000 Negotiable DOE, Head Chef £35,000

Grill Chef/CDP Fresh food pub with rooms just outside of oxford, £27,000 Plus tips (around £100 - £200 per week) with accomodations in a double en suit room.

2x CDP/Sous for a fresh food pub based in Doncaster, paying up to £30,000 plus tips.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a talanted head chef to join a new italian resturant based in worthing.

This is a great position for a chef that loves italian food to make a name for themselves. Leading a team of 5 chefs you will create delectable meals with some reign on the kitchen. 75% of the menu is done, it just needs a head chef to add the finnishing touches.

Salary on offer is £40,000 pa with tips and a 5% profit share.

We are actively looking for a sous chef to join the team at our clients pub just outside of Wantage.

They have just taking over and are looking for somone to grow with the business. All menus are made using fresh, local and seasonal produce where possible, running a 4/4/4 menu as well as a pub classics menu.

They are looking to push for rosettes in the near future so somone with a fresh back ground is ideally what they are looking for. Somone that has rosette experience would be ideal!
A very exciting opportunity as the beef they get is from across the road and the lamb Is from a farm about 0.5 miles away

Pay Is between £30,000 and £35,000 plus bonuses and tips but is negotiable DOE.

We are looking for chefs for a hotel in Saxmundham, Just had a brand new kitchen fitted with state of the art equipment, Rational oven, water baths etc and all food is prepared fresh onsite apart from the bread which comes from an artisan supplier and allot of the veg and fruit comes from the allotment and is foraged.

would suit someone with 2 to 3 rosette experience and who wants to push forward using some of the finest produce available

1 Sous Chef Salary £30,000 pa
1 Commis/Demi CDP £23,000 - £24,500 retrospectively with a £500 Bonus after the probation period

1 Breakfast chef paying £10.20 Per hour (hours are 0630 - 1100 5 days per week this would suit someone that lives locally
