As REC Source continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated individual with a genuine desire to learn and develop within recruitment.

You will work closely with and support two Account Managers, helping with candidate sourcing, registrations, shift fulfilment, worker communication and day-to-day operational requirements across our driving and industrial divisions.

📍 Location: Romford, RM1
🕗 Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00
💷 Salary: Dependent on experience
📞 On-call: Monday to Friday, with weekend support on a rota
