One year ago today, we launched a new member of the Beacon Avenue Group family - Beacon Avenue Recruit Ltd! It was not planned to be the busiest or most dominant arm, but it certainly has had the fastest trajectory since we started trading on this day last year.
Our amazing journey so far, is only because of each of our amazing team, their input, hours and dedication. The vision created and shared by the Directors is coming to life through the people who help us, work with us, and the clients we serve.
We have a particular way we work; if our client is not winning, we are not winning. If our staff/partners are not buying into our vision, we have failed to create the right culture. And so, every minute is about putting our best foot forward - we measure twice and cut once!
We strive to do it right all the time, and if we make an error, we own it and take accountability and find ways to solve the problem. We are expert problem solvers and we apply our skills and experience to solving the labour shortage in the UK for the various businesses and clients we work with day to day. This is one of the ways we are contributing to the UK economy.
We are especially proud to have worked with many businesses owned by ethnic minorities, and helping them take their business to the next level.
As we start the next year, we have set our sights on doubling all we have achieved this year, and to break ground into new areas and markets.
