From stripping away the emotion to choosing the right medium for the message, Nicky breaks down how to turn confrontation into collaboration.

Our 2025 data clearly indicates that hybrid and remote work arrangements are linked to higher employee engagement.
Employees who work from home part of the time report the highest engagement levels at 77%, followed closely by those who work remotely full time at 76%. In contrast, employees who rarely or never work from home report an engagement score of 72%.
This five percentage point difference suggests that even partial flexibility has a meaningful impact on engagement.
