Job Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our CEO. This role will be based in our London office and will require occasional travel to our US offices.
Responsibilities:
1. Calendar and email management: Efficiently manage the CEO's schedule, including prioritizing appointments, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
2. Meeting coordination: Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure all relevant materials are distributed in a timely manner. Follow up on action items and deadlines to ensure completion.
3. Communication liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Handle phone calls, correspondence, and inquiries, exercising professionalism and discretion.
4. Travel coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel for the CEO, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and visa arrangements as needed.
5. Document preparation: Assist in the preparation and editing of presentations, reports, and other documents for the CEO. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.
6. Relationship management: Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
7. Project support: Provide support on various projects and initiatives led by the CEO.
8. Office management: Oversee the smooth functioning of the CEO's office.
