We are hiring a Virtual Assistant/Client Relations Assistant for a UK Accounting firm.
Responsibilities:
• Build relationships with clients of the business
• Act as a point of contact between the business and the clients as well as external parties
• Answer clients’ inquiries via email or phone call
• Email communication with clients and internal team members
• Data Entry
• Other related tasks
Requirements:
• Background in customer service
• Proficient in MS Office
• A customer-oriented attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well with a team
• Committed and can work with minimal supervision
• Willingness to learn new technology
• Knowledge in the Accounting Industry is preferred
• A degree in Business/ Business Development is desirable
• Experience working with a client from the UK is a big bonus
• Has a fast internet connection and a PC with at least core i3
