Recently, the government published an independent report which examined the state of the leadership and management in the Health and Social Care sector.
As the Messenger Report highlights, encouraging top talent into challenging parts of the system is a difficult task, and one that has resulted in some organisations suffering from a lack of effective leadership.
Since the report's publication, Rinnova has reflected on its key findings.
