📍Team Manager – Tech Contract - Germany
💸 £60,000 - £75,000 basic salary

I have again partnered with one of my favourite clients with who are looking for a Team Manager to lead their German Contract team.

This is a business where I have placed a number of their top performers, including one who has been their top perm biller for the last 4 years. I can confidently state that they are one of the London Recruitment Market’s success stories; they are one of the best. Their success is reflected in the fact that despite ‘challenging economic conditions’ in 2023, they managed to increase their average billings per head by 35%.

Along with their current global offices, in 2024/25, they are planning on opening their next office in Texas.

This role will be a billing role, managing a team of 3 consultants, paying up to £75k plus personal billings and team override - realistic OTE is £150k-£200k.

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead and grow a dedicated team in a niche, high-growth market working with a business who have an awesome culture who favour autonomy and efficiency over arbitrary KPIs. They also offer Hybrid-working (Three days in the office)
