Recruitment Sales Manager (Self-Employed/ Freelance)
We are looking for a dynamic self-motivated Freelance Recruitment Sales Manager (Self-Employed) who is ideally from a sales or recruitment background and who can attract new clients and candidates to our organisation.
This is an ideal role for someone who possesses and entrepreneurial spirit; is extremely organised and who can interact and communicate with people on all levels-- someone who has a proactive attitude and is a self-starter.
This role encompasses two distinct responsibilities. The Freelance Recruitment Sales Manager will source new clients who are seeking new talent for current and future vacancies. He or She will also contribute to the expansion of the talent pipeline for our organisation.
Essential Requirements:
• Proven recruitment experience in a talent sourcing / candidate generation role, from either agency or in-house recruitment/sales background
• An understanding of UK employment law and recruitment best practices
• Proven experience in generating viable client leads and delivering long-term recruitment services for clients
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support delivery of recruitment activities, looking at innovative ways to improve the service provision to clients
• Proven ability to focus on delivery of outcomes, work under pressure, and the ability to work in an agile way to meet multiple objectives
Please Note - This is a self-employed role and there is NO basic salary. However, you will be rewarded with a generous commission for your successful candidate placements with our new and existing clients.
