We’re proud to be part of a fantastic event dedicated to raising vital funds for local animals in need, bringing together rescue organisations, local businesses and the community for a brilliant weekend.

Nine days. Early starts. Long shifts. Countless coffees, meals, conversations and memories.

The Open is always an incredible event, but what makes it special for us is the people.

We couldn’t be prouder of the team we sent. They turned up every day with professionalism, energy and a willingness to work hard. They looked after each other, supported one another, and represented Barfection exactly as we’d hoped.

We don’t just recruit people to fill shifts. We build teams. Teams that care about hospitality, take pride in their work, and step up when it matters. By the end of nine days, they weren’t just colleagues, they’d become friends for life.

To every member of the Barfection team who made this event such a success: thank you. We’re incredibly proud of what you achieved together 🤍

The coffee is flowing, the course is ready, and the players are here. It’s set to be another fantastic day at The Open at Royal Birkdale.

Today marks day 8 for the Barfection team, who have been working across the championship to help deliver an incredible experience for players, guests and spectators.

We couldn’t be prouder of every single person we’ve sent to support this event. They’ve taken on the long hours with professionalism, energy and commitment, while keeping spirits high and looking after everyone they’ve served. Staffing an event of this scale is no small task, but this team has risen to the challenge from day one.

The camaraderie, hard work and passion they’ve shown all week have been something special, and we’re incredibly proud to call them the Barfection team. 👏💙

An incredible evening at our first ever Barfection ‘Shake It Up’ Networking & Cocktail Masterclass at BOXPARK Liverpool 🍸

The aim from day one was simple — create a hospitality event that actually felt enjoyable. A space where people could meet, chat, learn something new and genuinely have a good time without the usual formal networking feel.

Safe to say the room delivered exactly that.

The energy all night was unreal, with people from across hospitality coming together, getting involved in the cocktail challenges, sharing ideas and making real connections in a much more relaxed environment.

Huge thanks to everyone who played a part in making the night such a success.
