Meet Emma – our Business Manager & North and North East Lincolnshire Consultant!
We’re so excited to properly introduce Emma, who is helping us take Heart of Supply into North and North East Lincolnshire. 💛
Emma brings over six years of education recruitment experience, supporting schools and educators across West Yorkshire, North Lincolnshire and North East Lincolnshire.
She knows the area well, having spent four years supporting schools across North and North East Lincolnshire, including Gainsborough, before moving away – and now she’s back!
For Emma, education recruitment has always been about much more than simply filling bookings. It’s about building relationships, getting to know her schools and educators properly and, if there’s one thing you should know about Emma, it’s that she loves to talk!
As a mum to two girls, aged 9 and 8, she’s also incredibly passionate about the difference the right people can make to the next generation. She’s even had the lovely experience of placing teachers into her own daughters’ school who have gone on to teach her girls, so she understands first-hand just how important it is to have great people standing at the front of the classroom.
Emma and Jess have worked together previously, so the opportunity to work alongside each other again – and this time to grow Heart of Supply across North and North East Lincolnshire – is something they’re both really excited about.
Emma is already reconnecting with schools and educators she’s supported previously, while getting to know lots of new faces across the area.
