Used Car Sales Manager – Southampton

We’re working with a reputable dealership in Southampton who are looking for an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to take ownership of a busy and well-established operation.

Package:
£40,000 basic
£68,000 OTE

This is a solid opportunity for someone who knows the used car environment, can lead a team effectively, and is confident delivering strong performance across stock, profit, and customer experience.

You’ll be responsible for:

* Running the used car department day-to-day
* Driving sales performance and profitability
* Leading and developing the sales team
* Maintaining strong CSI and compliance standards

We’re looking for someone with proven dealership management experience and a strong track record in used cars.
