My client are currently looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative with ideally a forklift license to join their growing team in WF5.
The role will involve general warehousing duties: putting stock/deliveries away into the correct locations, bagging up deliveries and parcels, picking stock and loading vehicles ready for despatch the following day.
Due to the nature of the role, the following requirements/skills are mandatory:
- Previous experience in a warehousing environment
- Reach and Counterbalance FLT licenses not essential but preferred
- Responsible and trustworthy- will eventually become key-holder
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Confident - once fully trained, will be training others!
- Computer literate - for stock purposes
Working hours: Regular Monday To Friday, 9am till 6pm shifts
Rate of pay: £10 per hour

This is a general recruitment role involving the following duties;
Interviewing and selection of candidates,
Hosting and delivering assessment centres,
Extensive liaison with clients and candidates,

General administration and use of various computer systems,
Help with the on-call rota which covers out of hours client requirements.

I am currently looking for a finance administator to work for a food factory within the finance department.

The ideal candidate will be doing Purchase Invoices, Non Stock Purchase Orders, Supplier Statement Recs, scanning - general purchase ledger bits with the opportunity to learn more on finance.

They will be doing scanning, matching invoices and PODs, maintaining the missing POD list, with the opportunity to look at Sales Invoicing, Cash Receipts, Weekly Sales Report, may be Sales Order Processing and some of the PL Side at some point.

Depending on which part of Finance the hours will be either 8am to 4pm or 830am to 430pm

The rate is £9.80, this role might suit a college leaver or a young person who has done admin but wants to move into Finance.

The company will also be offering the successful candidate the opportunity to do a course via an apprenticeship but that would start after they have completed their probation.

I am currently recruiting for a goods in warehouse operative with counterbalance licence.
POSITION SUMMARY:
To ensure the accurate receipt, booking in and storage of purchased materials.
To issue and kit storage locations on shop floor and issue parts to internal customers to guarantee continued material supply to meet production requirements.
To support Despatch and Production areas as required.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
To ensure deliveries received are accurate to delivery note, transacted in a timely manner and stock put away clearly labelled with part number in relevant storage location.
To rotate the stock received ensuring oldest parts are used first and new deliveries are put to the back.
To Kit the line side stock bins daily ensuring a continued supply of parts to production and to issue parts to internal customers as and when requested.
To kit special works orders with required parts and issue to the required production cell in a timely manner.
Complete regular weekly Cycle Counts to minimise stock inaccuracy’s.
To ensure only Authorised Personnel enter the stores area in accordance with company policy.
To perform daily safety checks of the Linpic and Fork Lift Truck.
To ensure the goods inwards, stores and despatch area is clean and tidy at all times.
EXPERTISE REQUIRED:
Previous Goods-In experience
Counterbalance FLT Licence
Professional approach
Computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Outlook
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Good standard of English and Maths (essential)
NVQ or equivalent in Warehouse Management (desirable)
