RECRUITMENT BUSINESS OWNERS — I NEED YOUR HELP!

We’re currently looking for a CRM system for our small recruitment business and I’d love to hear what other recruiters are using.

We’re looking for something that can help us keep on top of:

👷 Candidates & workers
🏢 Clients & prospects
📋 Vacancies
📞 Calls & follow-ups
📧 Emails & communication
📊 Leads and sales
🗂️ Notes and candidate history

The biggest thing for us is simplicity + value for money. We’re a small team, so we don’t need a huge complicated system with 500 features we’ll never use! 😂

If you run a recruitment business, what CRM are you using?

⭐ What do you love about it?
💰 Is it reasonably priced?
❌ Anything you’d tell us to avoid?

I’d really appreciate any recommendations or honest experiences.

Drop your CRM below 👇 — you might just save us hours of research!

💡 POST IDEA: “THE £1 MILLION QUESTION”

If you could fix ONE problem on construction sites tomorrow, what would it be?

Is it…

🚩 Unreliable labour?
🚩 People not turning up?
🚩 Poor communication?
🚩 Last-minute shortages?
🚩 Delays?
🚩 Finding skilled trades?
🚩 Contractors constantly chasing updates?

Then bring it back to Trade Fix:

We might not be able to fix everything on site… but finding reliable people shouldn’t be one of your problems. 😉
