Recruitment is starting to move in the right direction. ⬆️

The recruitment market has had a tough couple of years, so it’s good to see some more positive signs coming through.

Permanent hiring is starting to stabilise, temporary vacancies are picking up, and temporary billings are continuing to grow.

And when it comes to construction, the need for good people is still there.
For businesses, that means it can pay to start conversations early rather than waiting until a vacancy becomes urgent and you need someone yesterday.

🚨 Project Manager – Construction Opportunity 🚨

We are currently working on a great opportunity for an experienced Project Manager with a construction background to join a growing business.

The role will involve managing projects nationwide, overseeing site teams, carrying out site surveys, managing installations, and working closely with clients to ensure projects are delivered successfully.

Looking for someone with:
• Previous construction project management experience
• CSCS card (essential)
• SMSTS/SSSTS (preferred)
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• The flexibility to travel nationwide and stay away during the week when required (up to 4 nights)

💰 Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 depending on experience

Huge congratulations to our Director, James, and Lucy for completing the annual Ullswater 5K Swim at Pooley Bridge! 🏊‍♂️🏊‍♀️

With very little training beforehand, James took on the challenge and absolutely smashed it, while Lucy once again proved why she's a regular at this fantastic event.

The Ullswater 5K is no easy swim, requiring plenty of determination and grit, so it's a brilliant achievement for both of them.

Well done, James and Lucy, a cracking effort and a result to be proud of! 👏
