We’re recruiting for a Facilities Manager to join a rapidly growing FM company, overseeing a portfolio of multi-let commercial buildings, retail centres and industrial estates across the South West (Bristol, Weston-super-Mare, Cornwall, South Wales).

This is a great opportunity if you’re an Assistant Facilities Manager ready to step up or an experienced Facilities Manager looking for a fresh challenge.

What you’ll be doing:
✅ Managing hard & soft services and inspecting contractor performance (cleaning, security, maintenance, landscaping etc.)
✅ Driving the maintenance programme (PPMs, quotes, delivery and reporting)
✅ Attending monthly review meetings and updating management systems
✅ Managing service charge budgets and building strong client relationships

You'll be responsible for a mix of multi-let commercial buildings, retail centres and industrial estates – with the portfolio set to grow.

What you'll be doing:

🔹 Undertaking regular site visits across Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen and Dundee
