We’re recruiting for a Facilities Manager to join a rapidly growing FM company, overseeing a portfolio of multi-let commercial buildings, retail centres and industrial estates across the South West (Bristol, Weston-super-Mare, Cornwall, South Wales).

This is a great opportunity if you’re an Assistant Facilities Manager ready to step up or an experienced Facilities Manager looking for a fresh challenge.

What you’ll be doing:
✅ Managing hard & soft services and inspecting contractor performance (cleaning, security, maintenance, landscaping etc.)

We're working with a rapidly growing FM company who are looking for a Facilities Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial properties across Scotland.

You'll be responsible for a mix of multi-let commercial buildings, retail centres and industrial estates – with the portfolio set to grow.

What you'll be doing:
🔹 Overseeing hard and soft services across multiple sites
🔹 Managing contractor performance and service charge budgets
🔹 Undertaking regular site visits across Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen and Dundee
