𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬: Flexible but are mainly between 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM. Six Days Working (Monday-Saturday)
Location: Dhaka
Salary: 15000 - 20000 BDT

Job Responsibilities:
- Handling Agent objections and queries.
- He/ She has to look for & manage new Agents online/offline.
- Convince Agents to take our services.
- Good understanding of sales & marketing
- Good presentation skills
- Maintain Spreadsheets.
- Email to overseas agencies
- Supporting Documents preparation.
- Meeting with Agents/European colleagues through WhatsApp, Skype or Zoom
- Ability to network and connect with a variety of people
- Analytical mind with a problem-solving attitude
- Maintain effective & strong relationships with Agents.
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking
- Attend new and prospective Agents on a regular basis
- Must have the ability to quickly learn new concepts and tools.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to negotiate
• Having experience in Corporate Sales will get preference.
• Attention to detail.
• Prior administrative and/or sales experience is a plus but not required
• Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular.)
• Knowledge of English language is an advantage but not a requirement
