We are growing at TrinIT Talent and are looking for a Delivery Consultant to come along on the journey and create your own career path! 🚀
We are based in the centre of Hornchurch in brand new offices, excellent train links to the surrounding area and just a 5 minute journey from the A127.
You will be:
- Working closely with the directors to understand and deliver on our client’s hiring plans
- Sourcing them top candidates – no business development
- Using LinkedIn, job boards, social media etc. to attract and engage with candidates
- Booking interviews and managing candidates through the recruitment process
- Building up a talent pool of candidates for future opportunities
What to expect from us:
- £18,000 starting salary moving to £20,000 after probation is passed
- 10% commission with no threshold – you get paid on every deal you do
- Excellent training and development programme – we want to see you grow!
- 21 days holiday (excluding bank holidays) increasing by 1 day every year (no cap, so if you’re with us 20 years you’ll get an extra 20 days off)
