Russet 🍎

On Wednesday evening some of the DBC family went to support our friends Lara and Shea at their newly opened restaurant ‘Russet’. You can find this little delight on Bridge Street, Hereford, HR4 9DF.

Our friends Shea and Lara are the faces behind Russet and they come with a wealth of experience within the industry, this fresh concept and new addition to the Hereford foodie scene is very welcomed and already a massive talking point across the city. For their first ever menu, just wow, it blew our socks off😮, we will certainly be back to visit you again and again! Top marks both on the food and the service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Shea left employment some 12 months ago and joined DBC as a sub contractor to focus on the next chapter of his life with Lara. The temporary chef work we offered Shea at DBC helped him to find the time and headspace to focus on his dreams to build his and Lara’s new restaurant. We miss you Shea, but i am much happier eating your food 😋😂

Pete has been an absolute asset and has pushed a local pub to the next level delivering exceptional elevated pub food. As Pete departs for Australia, there was only one man to fill his boots for a smooth transition to sustain and build upon what Pete has created over the past 12 months.

Another Sunday another deep clean 🧽💭🧪

Come rain or shine, our company Director Dan will be on hand to support your kitchen brigade, when you need it most. Today the ‘man himself’ supported Tim to combat the necessary Sunday breakdown and deep clean before his head chef returns back to the business on Tuesday. Tim if he is not happy put him our way 😂.
