Let me take you back to where it all began... ๐Ÿ‘ฃ

I fell into HR completely by accident back in 1998, and to be honest, I didnโ€™t quite know what I was walking into. But something about it made sense.

I realised that HR isnโ€™t just about policies or paperwork; itโ€™s about people. Itโ€™s about empowering teams, solving real challenges, and making workplaces better.

Over my 25 years in HR, Iโ€™ve seen businesses thrive when their people are supportedโ€”and I love being the one that makes that happen.

Fast forward 2025 and Iโ€™m on a totally different journey - one where Iโ€™m responsible for transforming my own clientsโ€™ businesses and helping them to build high performance teams. It hasnโ€™t been an easy journey at times (hello, sleepless nights ๐Ÿ’ค), but every day has been worth it. The smallest successes remind me why I started this path in the first place.
