🚢 Junior Export Operator – Permanent Opportunity

We’re currently recruiting for a Junior Export Operator to join a busy freight forwarding/export team.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is keen to learn the freight forwarding and shipping industry. Full training will be provided, so previous freight experience isn’t essential.

📍 Location: West Thurrock
💰 Salary: £22,600 for ages 18–20 / salary dependent on age and experience
🕘 Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:30–17:30
🏖️ Holiday: 20 days + UK bank holidays
📄 Contract: Full-time, permanent

What we’re looking for:

- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Good written and spoken English
- Confident communication skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office
- A willingness to learn and develop
- Previous office, admin, customer service or logistics experience is desirable but not essential

You’ll be supporting the export team with documentation, customer and supplier communication, shipment records and general administration, with the opportunity to take on more responsibility as you develop.

Planning daily collections and deliveries for a busy fleet
