Yes, but don't let it do all the work.

AI is great for brainstorming, structuring, and proofreading, but copy pasting an AI generated CV means losing the one thing that makes you stand out your unique voice and real experience.

Use AI as your co-writer, but your CV should be your own experience.

A quick word of advice if you're using ChatGPT for your CV.

Over 90% of applicants are using AI now, which means almost every CV coming across my desk sounds like it was written by the exact same person.

If you rely on it too much:

Your real experience gets lost in generic fluff.

Employers get suspicious and drag you into extra interview rounds just to prove basic skills.

Your application looks copy-pasted, so it goes straight in the bin.

Use AI to check your spelling or get ideas. But make sure you rewrite it in your own voice.

Showing your actual experience and talking like a real person is what actually gets you hired.

Central Faringdon
£28,000 - £32,000 pro rata

The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and precision driven Sales Coordinator to join a small team in the heart of Faringdon. This is a pivotal role designed to keep the sales operations running like clockwork. You will be the "engine room" of the sales process, ensuring that data is accurate, orders are processed efficiently, and clients receive world class service.
This role is perfect for a professional who thrives on accuracy, enjoys working with others, and is looking for a busy and challenging part time maternity contract for 12 months starting from October.

Key Responsibilities
Supporting and reporting to the Ops Manager working closely with them to ensure all the sales administration is completed to the highest standard
Tracking leads and job passed to subcontractors, updating the database with relevant information
Taking ownership of Lead Management, tracking commissions paid and jobs passed
Responsible for the sales administration of larger scale projects
Building and issuing detailed sales quotations, often involving high-volume data and complex pricing structures
Accurately processing sales orders and ensuring all documentation is completed to a high standard
Maintaining and updating CRM systems and internal databases with meticulous attention to detail
Utilising Excel to create, maintain, and analyse sales reports and spreadsheets
Acting as a central point of contact for clients and the internal sales team, providing updates on order status and logistics
Developing strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, cross referencing database and contacting subcontractors for quotes on larger projects

Key Skills
You take pride in the accuracy of your work and rarely let things slip through the cracks
Highly comfortable managing high-value or high-volume figures and complex calculations for quotations
Deep familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite in particular Excel
Professional, clear, and concise verbal and written communication skills
As a part-time member of a busy office, your consistency and ability to manage your schedule effectively is key
