We’re sorry to announce that sadly, due to staffing issues, our Thursday night classes in Norwich are now cancelled. If you’d still like to get involved with the Norwich Parkour community, just drop us a message, but there won’t be any more formal classes.

We are going to be at The Base today between 10am and 12pm. Anyone is welcome to join in so feel free to come on down!

Get down to The Base this Saturday between 10am -12pm and watch local organisation Parkour Alliance take part in demonstrations on our new frame. Then have a go free under there supervision. A great opportunity not to be missed.

To celebrate the opening of their new Parkour-specific structure we'll be there between 10 and 12 showing off the new facility which launches in time for the Easter holidays.
