Mental health. It's part of being a human.

Some days we're flying high.

Some days we're just ploddin through the day.

Sometimes, a person who looks absolutely fine on the outside is struggling on the inside.

We're committed to creating a workplace where people feel able to speak, be heard and get support when they need it.

Tommy has taken on a number of additional responsibilities recently and, as always, has approached every challenge with dedication, professionalism and a brilliant attitude.

RIGHT. IMPORTANT QUESTION.

Staff day out is coming up in November apparently, we’re trusting you lot with choosing where we eat before we head to the games.

There’s 20 of us, so we need somewhere that can actually take a booking and we’re keeping costs sensible and staying close to Boom Battle Bar.

So think doable, nearby and able to feed 20 hungry PSS faces.

It's amazing what three lads, a pile of timber and a fair bit of graft can do.

Ryan, Liam and Feisal have been getting stuck into a decking project at one of our client sites and there's already a massive difference!

There's still another couple of weeks to go, but the team has made a serious start.

No fancy before-and-after trickery.

Just good people getting stuck in, working safely and getting the job done.

Sometimes you just have to look at a job that's been needing done for a while and say:

“Right. Let's get stuck in.”

Great job, lads.

More to come when the project is actually completed.
