I am a born nosey parker, and I have always wanted to know how things work - this, and a decent line in the persuasive arts has mean that I find all candidate's stories fascinating, and I love having that "helicopter view" of how companies work. This being the case, recruitment is the absolute perfect career for me - from owning recruitment agencies in the 90's and 2000's, building recruiting platforms and apps, hosting the National Online Recruitment Awards for 25 years, and now working with the most amazing recruitment technology companies all over the world with TAtech

For almost 40 years I have genuinely loved what I do in recruitment - If you cut me, I bleed CV's!
