Our client operates a collection of exceptional luxury hotels across Scotland and is looking for 3 talented Chef de Parties to join their teams.

Working within stunning, remote countryside locations, you’ll be part of 4 and 5-star hotel operations, delivering food to the highest standards across luxury dining environments.

We’re looking for chefs who have proven experience in high-quality establishments, with a strong understanding of the standards expected within luxury hotels, Michelin-starred or fine-dining operations. Excellent technical and culinary skills are essential as well as a high standard of presentation and consistency. This role requires travel across locations as a roaming chef, selected applicant should have their own car.

We are looking for a talented and innovative, highly skilled Pastry Chef to join our team at our 5-star luxury hotel on one of Scotland's most scenic islands!

As our next pastry chef, you should be able to design and prepare innovative dessert menus using skill, imagination and flair. We're looking for someone experienced in breads, afternoon tea pastries, petits fours and who is able to maintain 5-star standards of flavour and presentation throughout the pastry section.

You will also be responsible for the management of stock levels, the control of wastage, costings and ensure strict compliance with HACCP and food hygiene regulations. Ability to build strong relationships within the kitchen team.
