Employment Solicitor | 5+ PQE | Poole/Dorchester

A leading law firm in the Dorset and Somerset region is looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join their growing Corporate and Commercial team.

The Role:
You'll be running a varied caseload covering the full spectrum of employment law, from drafting contracts, policies and handbooks, to handling disputes, unfair dismissal and discrimination cases. You'll also advise on TUPE, carry out HR due diligence on corporate transactions, and deliver employment law training to clients.

What They're Looking For:
- 5+ years' PQE in employment law
- Strong drafting and advisory skills
- Experience with the Employment Tribunal system
- Ideally, some experience supervising junior lawyers
