🎉 Four years of AB Talent! 🎉

Four years ago, AB Talent was founded with a simple belief: if you do right by people, the rest will follow.

Since then, we've had the privilege of working with incredible clients, candidates and suppliers, building relationships that have helped shape the business we are today.

We're incredibly proud of the team we've built, the hospitality businesses that continue to trust us with their recruitment and the talented candidates who've allowed us to play a part in their careers.

AB Talent today is even better than we imagined four years ago, and that's entirely down to the amazing people who've been part of the journey.

A huge thank you to everyone who's supported us along the way.

And yes… the birthday cakes might not be professionally made, but they were baked with love by our Director's wife and daughter for the office. We think that makes them taste even better! 💙

Big news for AB Talent… we’ve officially opened our Bristol office. 🚀

Over the years, we’ve built strong partnerships with restaurants, pubs, hotels, event venues and luxury hospitality operators across the Midlands, Cotswolds, Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire and we’re excited to now bring that same hands-on, relationship-led approach to Bristol and the wider South West.

This is a huge milestone for our team and one we’re incredibly proud of.

If you’re looking for hospitality recruitment support or new career opportunities across the South West and beyond, we’d love to hear from you.
