Legion Members – Your Voice Matters

The Royal British Legion Scotland HQ AGM will be held on 23rd & 24th May 2025 at Banchory Legion.

Ahead of this, members are asked to vote on five important proposals which will shape the future of our organisation.

Ballot papers are now available from the club, and a detailed email will also be sent outlining each motion.

Key points:
• Voting opens 1st April 2025 and closes 2nd May 2025
• You can only submit one completed form
• Do not fill out a form on behalf of anyone else
• Forms must be signed and include your name and membership number
• Postage is pre-paid – no stamp required

This is your chance to have your say on matters like:
• A new Constitution
• Membership fee changes
• Area funding
• National Branch status for Edinburgh HQ
• Complaints and disciplinary processes
