Our client, a reputable Demolition company are looking for a labourer for a soft strip on a Cowdenbeath based contract starting asap.

Must have proven labouring experience and a valid CSCS card.
Must also have a valid PLASMA ticket and experience using a MEWP/Cherry Picker for this role .

Ideally exposure to working in demolition related roles
Face fitted certificate ideal but not essential.
Full PPE required.

This job is Monday - Friday 730 - 5pm and is likely to last 2-3 weeks.

Our well established Kirkcaldy based client are looking for an Internal Sales Executive / Manager to join the sales team who are going through a period of growth.

THIS ROLE WILL SUIT SOMEONE LOOKING TO MOVE INTO A CAREER AT MANAGEMENT LEVEL ONCE ESTABLISHED IN THE POSITION!

Reporting into the UK Sales Director, your role will be to manage existing and prospective customers to maximise product take up and sales opportunities with the view of progressing into a Sales Manager roles.
Duties will include:

5 years+ experience in sales/customer service
2 years+ experience in people management/team leading ideally
Proven customer /account support experience or experience as a client service representative
Experience of working with technical or complex information
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone contact handling skills
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external customers
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Strong attention to detail
Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
