Production Operative - Immediate Start
Kinross
£13.50 per hour + overtime premiums

JDR are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established agricultural business with an excellent reputation for looking after its staff. We are seeking a Production Operative to join their friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a supportive workforce, with the potential to secure a permanent contract.

Main Duties

Operating machinery safely and efficiently
Ensuring quality standards are consistently met
Labouring and handling agricultural produce
Maintaining a clean and safe workplace
Operating Counterbalance Forklift

Hours of Work

Core hours: Monday-Thursday, 8am-5pm; Friday, 8am-3pm
Flexibility required: During peak periods, 12-hour shifts may be needed (with plenty of notice)
Overtime: Paid at x1.5 and x2

Pay & Benefits

Basic rate: £13.50 per hour
Overtime premiums available
Positive team atmosphere and supportive management
Opportunity for a permanent contract

About You

A positive, can-do attitude and strong team spirit
Reliable and hardworking with a focus on safety and quality
In date Counterbalance Forklift ticket
Experience in production or agriculture is helpful but not essential
