Performance Resourcing was founded by its Managing Director, David Scarfe, who is passionate about the Automotive Industry and the excellent career prospects it can offer to candidates from a range of backgrounds.
Simon Howell Joined the Business as a Franchisee and Regional Director for the South East recruiting into Berkshire, Surrey and through in to Kent.
David and Simon have both enjoyed successful careers in Motor Retailing for over 20 years in senior management positions.
David has held positions of Dealer Principal and Franchise Director with two of the UK’s largest motor groups, which has given him extensive operational knowledge. Simon Has also held positions of General Sales Manager and Head of Business for some of the South’s Premier dealer Groups. Their experience over the last 20, working with the BMW and Volkswagen brands, has given them a clear understanding of the skills and abilities required by todays’ Motor Dealerships across all departments and all positions. David and Simon are skilled and professional recruiters who would welcome the opportunity to assist or provide advice to both Clients and Candidates.
